Went for summerlicious. This restaurant has a very interesting concept in that you cook your meal on a hot stone. Had the Rooter ribs for an appetizer and they were good and then the steak which was very tender. If more than one sauce were offered with the meat that would be even better. The dessert was very tiny. Two bites, literally. That is okay for summerlicious but if I was paying separately for a dessert, I would have felt cheated. The atmosphere suffers a little because of the hardwood floors and ceiling contribute to a louder noise level. The service was very good but a little too fast as sometimes the diner likes to savour and digest a bit between courses.

We went for Summerlicious with reservations and had to wait for a little at the front because the hostess was seating another party and then answered the phone. Her and our server then got confused over where we should be seated and once we were seated, our server moved us to another location. Thankfully this took us further away from the kitchen and we were probably in a better location after the move.

The restaurant is fairly loud because it's hardwood and high ceilings but other than that the atmosphere is nice and the chairs are very comfortable.

Not more than 5 minutes after we ordered, we were served our appetizer. I had to the rooter ribs which were spiced nicely but it wasn't the best rib I've had. Shortly after we were finished we were served our main course. Stonegrill is unique in that you get to cook your meal on a very hot stone. The meat was very tender and made for a fun dining experience. The sides were also yummy.

The service here was almost too quick. From the time we sat down to the time we had finished our meal was only 45 minutes. It didn't feel pushy, yet it would have been nice to sit for a little between courses and digest.

The desserts served were incredibly small; just enough for about 3 bites. I hope this isn't the case when it's not Summerlicious so I was willing to ignore this.

This was a fun experience and I would likely return to try their regular menu!
