I used to work here a while ago. I still hold a grudge towards my manager (D.C.) who slept with half the staff members I worked with. It was a very uncomfortable environment to work in so I quit. I do not know if he still works there, but if he does, I highly advise all girls to think twice. I will never go back.

We were having a great time, the music, the food, the overall day spent at the mall shopping with our girlfriends. The food was good, and being seated in the bar wasnt as bad as we`d thought - the wait for the dining room was over 45 minutes. One of my girlfriends found our server Nicky in the bathroom snorting cocaine, and pretended to laugh about it with her. There were fruit flies buzzing about, and our food was semi-warm. I guess after a few of their bellinies, everything is acceptable. Tip: get drunk before going there

I had to return the mayan chicken salad. It was chicken on top of heavily slathered on mayo type dressing. I could have counted on my fingers the number of black beans and corn niblets. The replacement spinach with strawberries was passable. Overall the food is only passable. It is pricey for what you receive. Blonde babes and big breasts do not a good meal make.

I normally do not do this sort of thing because I understand that servers are human and may not be 100% everyday. However after this experience it had to be done. I had come in a couple days ago to take my girlfriends out for dinner. The server we had was Cassady or cassandra? Absolutely horrible, she was unwelcoming, dry and sarcastic, un attentive (got orders wrong asked for an iced tea with no ice brought me a water with a lemon...?) rolled her eyes when I informed her of my allergy! and took forever to get to the table! when she did she actually leaned against it with her arms and craddled her head. We were told there was a belini special yet when our bill came we were charged full price. She then said she never said belinis were on special. When ever we needed her she was over at a table where a group of men were sitting and I spotted her taking shots with them a couple of times. Also the manager is not much better. He came with the food and dropped it onto the table. When I told himabout the service he acted as though he cared but walked away rolling his eyes with a smirk and did not even approach our server to let her know we were dissapointed. This restaurant clearly hires employees on how much cleavage they are willing to show and not according to their hospitality or intelligence. I do not plan on returning, theres a milestones and a picklebarrel in the mall and I suggest you go there instead.

Alright well. i stepped into the beautifully styled moxies at yorkdale location, and for one, the atmosphere; brilliant ! calm, new,relaxing.. Beautiful ladies all around, handsome men too. I prefer that over MINESTONES, because their servers just arnt as. Lively. or fun. yeah, my food arrived in short timing, i ordered a glazed salmon first, and it was perfect. my server Alisha, pretty white/asian? girl served me, she was talkative and kind, seemed to take interest in our actual enjoyment. And yes. that is all, those who dont enjoy it dont have to complanin so harshly, i'm sure they work hard just to get you what you want. i love this place :)

My girlfriends and i were there over the weekend. We've decided that the service is slow because the waitresses are weighed down by their extensions. Is it mandatory to have grotesquely long hair in order to obtain a job there? Bad enough that the girls wear 4" heels all day, and mini skirts that show their feminine parts!

Why is it that with two bartenders, we had to order from the cocktail waitresses? Why is it that these two barwenches had to be so abrupt and inhospitable? Are they not in the HOSPITALITY industry?

Bartender is a crackberry addict. Bad service, cold beer & great food! Sick bathrooms w/tvs above the urinals. This location is like the scene from Rush Hour, where they go to the asian brothel and there are asian girls everywhere... Its great.

Wa-wa-wee-waa! My boys and I meet up at this bar every Friday before we go out, Abby - if you're out there we love your boobs, Will - your air electric guitar is intriguing. Best bartenders in the city. CHECK IT OUT PEOPLE! $8 for HUGE Coronas on Fridays. Its off the hook

My girlfriends and I dined at this location last night. The food was mediocre, over priced for sure. The beautiful atmosphere was muted by the scantilly clad waitresses in the bar. We notied a little more butt cheek and clevage than we planned to see over dinner. A male server was dancing ballet, and the hostess took the "ho" part of her job a little too literally. Our desserts were melted, and we couldn't order coffee because the machine was "broken".

i love this place! i go for the calamari and a beer! calamari is excellent, beer ice cold, hot staff !!! i strain my neck every time i go! lol... quick service!!!! friendly staff and close to subway!!! i visit every time i get chance when in area!!!

From the moment we received our food, it was downhill from there. I had been in Moxie's one time before and wasn't pleased so I thought I would try it again. 1. There was a very long hair in my dip. Disgusting!!!!! 2. The main course came too early and was sent back. 3. When it did return it was cold. The broccoli was so undercooked that I couldn't cut it. The bernaise sauce looked like mustard sauce. 4. When the dessert came, it was missing the whip cream. 5. My iced tea was watered down. The manager tried to make up for the screw ups, but nothing would change my mind. I will NEVER go back there again and will tell as many people as I can of my terrible experience.

Is there an unwritten rule there? I mean, ALL of the staff is stunning. My buddies and I sat at the bar the other day at lunch drooling over the bartender. I'd rather go to Moxie's than a club. Cheers to the manager that makes the girls wear what they do! Us men salute you!

Having heard great things about Moxie's, my girlfriend and I decided to see what all the fuss was about. The restaurant is beautiful and very tastefully appointed. We decided to sit on the bar side as the girl at the door informed us it was a more mature setting. We were a little thrown off by the uniforms of the waitresses on that side (VERY short skirts, low cut tops) and decided to sit at the bar. The bartender was amazing - very well informed, thoughtful and fun. His suggestions were excellent and the food was better than we had expected. Would definitely go back, even if just for the bartender's yummy foreign accent!!! Moxies is a jewel in the Yorkdale mall.

What a beautiful restaurant! Great music, entertainment in the rest rooms, and an intelligent yet stunning waitress. For the first time in a restaurant, the employees seemed to be genuinely having a good time at work. Especially for a Monday. Abbie was bubbly and her bubbly attitude was contagious to all three of us "suits". AMAZING UNIFORMS!!! We each had different sandwiches/burgers, and they were all devoured. The fries were crispy, the salads were fresh and lightly tossed. After nearly drooling over the incredibly inviting dessert menu, we passed but intend to return and save room for the sweets. The music was subtle, and very catchy. The booths were comfortable and were shaped well for conversation. Much better than Casey's or Milestones at Yorkdale.

From a male perspective, utterly beautiful waitresses everywhere! It was like a first class, grade A, top notch Hooters. Loved it. Will go back!

Went on a Saturday and waited almost an hour to get a table. It was packed in the lounge too. Once we were seated, things were great. The server was a nice guy and the food came out reasonably quickly and tasted good. Check out the washrooms. Plan to wait a long time if you decide to go on a saturday though.

The fantastic decor and atmosphere pulls you in only to be let down. Our initial server was fantastic and I would say one of the best out there. Unfortunately her shift ended before our meal came to us. I ordered the Chicken Oscar which was chicken topped with shrimp and scallops and Bearnaise sauce. It was served hot, presentation was ok. I had ordered garlic mash, and on my plate was rice - MISTAKE #1. I found the meal average at best. The sauce was garnished with a chili or cayenne pepper powder which really took the sauce over. MISTAKE #2 -My girlfriend ordered the Honey Roasted garlic Sirloin Steak - which was totally charred black! We are quite familiar with the fact that marinades high in sugar carmelize, but this was charred on both sides. We sent it back and our server returned with the chef's statement that the black on the steak was the marinade...blah blah blah. Not a chance. We could not believe that the chef would actually BS us like this, and have such a low food standard to send this out as 'acceptable'. We ordered a chicken dish to replace the steak since we were not convinced that the kitchen could actually cook it properly. I sent my plate back as well since I did not want eat before my partner. At this time, I mentioned to our server that I did not get the garlic mash I ordered. The manager came over to speak to us about our experience and coincidentally our food arrived for the second time. I look down at my order and no garlic mash AGAIN! MISTAKE #3! This provided a first hand look for the manager at the lack of detail the kitchen and wait staff are providing the customers. The manager did give us complementary meal coupons for the next visit in the amount of $30.00. This was not asked for, and was a nice gesture. However, it might be in their best interest to have made the meal we were eating 'complimentary'. The value of it was $56.00 (without apps,alcohol or dessert). This might have made us feel like we were being taken care of. All in all, Moxie's was an utter let down. I can't see any reason to return. All show and no go.

Good atmosphere for drinks, but that's about it. Waitress was uninformed, not helpful, and pushy (especially considering the place was almost empty). Food was bland, portions were small, steak looked/tasted microwaved, vegetables and potatoes were cold, orders were mixed up and completed incorrectly (wrong vegetables, wrong sides). Definitely won't go back. It's too bad though. The place "looked" great.

I've never been to a restaurant so cool before. The place is huge and has incredibly hot waitresses. Our waitress was so nice and had a great suggestion for every part of our meal. The food was amazing. I had a steak which was delicious and the appetizer, a Mosaic dip was incredible. I'm gonna go back and tell everyone I know about this cool joint.

I'm rating the one in Yorkdale mall. Salmon is awful (very dry). Food portions are small. Waitress was a BITCH. Never going back.
