Didn't even get to sit at the table that we reserved. Sure we were 10 minutes late (which we informed them about and apologized) but they didn't have the table ready for us until 7:40pm (our reservation was 7:00pm). Actually even by the time we left, they still didn't have any vacancy. Why make a reservation if we have to wait for almost an hour anyway? I can't believe they would do business like that. They didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for the inconvenience. We were out in the cold for a long time and then we just decided to leave. I'll give the food rating and atmosphere rating 5 each because we didnt actually get to sit and eat so we don't know. They just lost 6+ potential customers on the weekend.

this place has a nice atmosphere compared to most of the places in the Yonge/Eglinton corridor. I ordered delivery from there from a very rude woman, who I believe is the owner, and got sent food that was undercooked and not at all what I expected. I also ordered a Cesaer salad, but it was not a classic Cesaer it with a horrible creamy dressing - aioli mayonnaise to be exact - and one strip of friend bacon with it.

My husband and I USED TO BE frequents there. But the last time we went my meal was HORRIBLE. When i sent it back the owner refused to replace it, and made us pay for it regardless. She's extremely RUDE, and has absolutly no idea how to run a business. AVOID AT ALL COST!

One of the WORST dining experiences ever – poor service, smelly fish, tables too close together and a very rude owner. Stay away!!

The minute you walk into the restaurant you will find yourself is a cramped, not cozy, vanilla rectangle. The tables are close together with a small isle between them. Bumping shoulders with your neighbor is just the way it is. The staff is friendly in a conniving way as they try to deceive you. After arriving for 7pm reservations and waiting in the small entrance way for 20 minutes we were constantly being reassured it would be a few more minutes. The staff members even told people to wait outside in the cold so the door would not remain open a crack. This kept the elderly people out in the sub zero temperature. Noticing that the restaurant patrons were only receiving their main courses we got a little suspicious of their timing. We then talked to others waiting, only to find out that they were waiting for a 6pm reservation. They were told to come back when they arrived at 6pm. The reason they were behind is because they allowed people without reservations to take tables that were reserved. Of course no one showed up late for their reservations, this was just the rudeness of the restaurant. A few minutes wait, try a few hours. After hearing of the 6pm reservation we left in disgust. No food is worth this rudeness.

I was there with Lauren. The food was nothing special, I had the beef bourguigon. It was a little packed/loud in there which was a little annoying.

A bunch of friends and I went here on a Sunday for lunch hoping to hit up Winterlicious. Unfortunately, they don't offer the Winterlicious menu during Sunday afternoons, so we had the brunch menu instead. One of our group members had made reservations and when we got there the place was packed. The servers were running around and didn't notice us at the door for a while. When we were seated, we were practically sitting right on top of the other tables beside us. While the restaurant is cute and has a great bistro feel, it is a bit cramped and if it is full, it is VERY loud. We definately had to raise our voices to talk to each other. I ordered the lasagne, which came with a very tasty, creamy ceasar salad. The lasagne itself was ok. But if I ever go again I would seriously consider ordering the ceasar salad on its own. The waitresses were a little slow, but very flexible and gave us everything we needed/wanted. My coffee was continuously getting topped off. One of the girls asked if she could add chicken to her pasta and they accomodated her. I'm sure the dinner atmosphere is a bit different, perhaps more appealing since people may be talking quieter (I imagine it would be romantic in the dark). However, this place is a bit too far out of my way so that is a reason why I selected "maybe" as would I return.
