Comments: Great fast food/sandwich shop. Great sandwich, very generous portion, and a very delicous rice ball. Very friendly, respectful, and ernest attitude. We asked for plates and utensil (as the sandwich was quite big and overflowing with toppings), and the cashier kindly offered it to us. Ten minutes later, he explicitely came over to our table to apologise and explain why they could only offer us disposable plates and utentils. This shows me cares about his clients (who only bought a couple of sandwich), and was still thinking about his client 10 minutes after our request was met. Just awesome. Comments: This is the best Italian sandwich place my family has ever visited. We were referred by a friend and cant believe this hidden gem is just down the street from us. The food is great, hot and fresh. The buns are perfect and are fresh, not stale. They even won the award for best italian sandwiches in the newspaper.
