Comments: I have been going to this restaurant for years. I generally go for the massive bowls of pho that never fail to satisfy. I've gotten used to the sneer of the one notorious male waiter (Mr High Pants as he is called on other review sites) as well as the fact that the restaurant has a notorious reputation for food inspection infractions. The restaurant is in one of the poorer parts of the city (and definately looks like it belongs there) and yet I'm always amazed at the who's who of Hamilton I've actually run into there. The food is so great, so cheap and served so fast that it's hard to leave feeling unhappy. Look at the anatomy of a bad review. It's all about bad food, unattentive wait staff and over-pricing.
