Comments: I love Saga Sushi! I've been here four of five times and every time I've enjoyed it. I would agree with Rachel's review in that it's not the place for you if you just want to try a bunch of things but possibly not eat them. At the cost that it is (12.99 for lunch and 20.99 for supper) there would be a lot of waste if people came in with this expectation. And in all fairness to the restaurant, I believe they're trying to eliminate wasted food.
As for the service staff, I have also found them very slow though the speed at which the food came was very reasonable. My suggestion is that you order less than what you think you'll want and then if you're half way through your food and decide you want more, than order more at this point.
Overall it's a great place to eat if you like Sushi at a reasonable price! | | Review Date: 2008-10-31 |

Comments: Food is not bad for the price. Not as good as Sakai on Fairview, but OK. Service is the problem. Clueless wait staff screw up the orders every time. It's a shame; the basic concept is great but they will be out of business soon because of the poor customer service skills. Why bother running a business for long hours if you're not even going to give it a try? | | Review Date: 2008-10-10 |

Comments: Believe the unbievable!!! This is supposedly an “all you can eat buffet restaurant” I have been there twice. Once with 3 of my friends. we were approached by the owner telling us that if we leave out (don’t eat) the rice from the sushi she is going to charge us the dinner menu price. The second time (I don’t know why I bothered) I came with my husband only to find that each of our menus was "decorated" with a note saying basically that if we will leave food on our plates we will be charged extra. They have an “extra fee” for people who cannot estimate absolutely correctly the amount of food they can consume or who cannot decide ahead of time what they like and what they don’t. Needless to say we left without eating. This sounds like a made up story so you are welcome to check it out yourself. Just unbelievable!!!!!!! A horrible place see bellow
